FAQs
What type of completed file can I send for my print job?
We recommend saving your finished product as a .PDF or .EPS with outlined fonts.
You may also send the file in the following file types: .JPG, .JPEG, .PSD, .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, or .PNG.
Remember to flatten your files before uploading.
What color mode should my files be?
You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
If you send us a file in RGB format, there is a chance that a color shift may occur. This would alter your intended design.
What resolution should my files be?
We do not accept files under 300 dpi (dots per inch).
There are seldom instances when low-resolution files can be used for print. However, when used it will often appear grainy and/or blurry.
For best results, and faster turn-around times, stick with higher-resolution files.
How should I set my bleed & crop marks?
Your bleed area must extend further than the cut line. Using one of our templates can help you visualize this.
Please keep all text, and anything else you want to avoid getting cut-off during the printing process, at least .125″ away from the cut line.
